KIVA

We just did our first loan to an OBGYN in Kenya for an ultrasound machine. I am so excited! This is a great way to make a difference in someone's life and really, the lives of everyone in her community, because prenatal care will be improved there. I just think KIVA is amazing!

Amazing!

What an awesome example you are to your community! You've shown that one does not need to be a Nobel Peace Prize winner to make a difference in healing the world. Some of our lenders have even made their profiles public, allowing others to see their loan portfolio, loan statuses and a mini bio/link to blog. This makes your testimony even more relevant as others can track along with how your "business" partner is doing! Gotta love social networking!
