I was reading that today was the groundbreaking ceremony for the new MLK Jr. Memorial that they are going to build in Washington D.C. It is a four acre site close to where he gave his "I have a dream" speach.
It is going to cost $100 million and they have already raised $65 million and projected that it will be finished by 2008.
Wow! I think this is awesome! It's about time!
