I am so dreading the dentist. I have an appointment today to get my teeth cleaned and I haven't been to the dentist in about 2 years. Ugh. I know. I know. I even have dental insurance, but I hadn't found a dentist and really, it hadn't been a priority until I watched Brittan's Worst Teeth on the BBC the other day. Talk about gross! It scared me into making an appointment. I don't want to have issues with my teeth or gums or even bone loss under the gums. It is crazy what all can happen from not having good teeth hygene.Ok... I am going!
