Halloween

Jenn took E to the OSU-OKC Halloween thing and he had a blast. He was a Jedi again this year. Still loves Star Wars. I was unfortunately home (still) with my knee iced and elevated. However, I did hobble to the door and back for a bit and handed out treats to the neighborhood kids. There were some cute costumes.

Halloween

The boys had a blast on Halloween. They were Jedi Knights (from Star Wars) and looked pretty good. For some reason, their light sabres were not lighting up properly, but really, it was good not to have them flinging swords around!

The Friday before, we went to a Halloween Carnival at the Oklahoma State University - OKC Horticulture Building. It was really awesome. They had tons of games for the kids to play, like pin the tail on the cat, a cookie walk, bean bag toss, et cetera. They also had a little haunted house that the kids liked. The Bourland's and their 7 little ones came with us and all the kids had a great time!

Halloween night, the Hazlett's were in town (from St. Paul, MN) and we were SOOO glad to get to spend time with them and go Trick or Treating with them. It was a lot of fun. We headed over to the Gatewood Neighborhood (which was crazy packed with people) and trapsed up and down a few blocks. Jenn and I googled at all the homes we liked and wished that sometime we could live in the neighborhood.

It was a very fun Halloween!

Halloween

We went to the Omniplex on Friday night and they did the SPOOKTACULAR. It was fun. They had a haunted laboratory where they made slime and blood. There was a graveyard where they had to find different species of bugs, snakes, lizards and spiders. There were all kinds of activities with bats, skeletons and snakes and a dark maze where they wore a miners hat. They had a lot of fun and so did we.

Saturday, we went to Chickasha to hang out with my parents and we spent the night and all day Sunday. The boys had a blast and so did Jenn and I. My mom's birthday was Sunday and the whole family went to eat at Napoli and it was really good. We didn't make it to Nancy's farm to see E's donkey, though, so we will have to get back soon.

We are going to go over to Amanda and Nikki's for Trick or Treat and let the boys TOT with Alexander. It should be fun. E is Leonardo (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle) and K is the Green Power Ranger (Mysitc Force). They are very cute!

Update

It has been awhile.... The kids and I trick or treated with Linda, Kathy and Zach on Halloween. They did really well. We still have tons of candy! We have been busy with all kinds of stuff. M is doing Campfire Girls. I have been helping with the CASA stuff for Grady/Caddo Counties as well as the usual stuff.

My laptop has been down again, due to the puppy eating the A/C adaptor. The last time I got one the next day. This time, I am still waiting. They said it would be here on or before the 16th... it couldn't come sooner. I cannot stand sitting at the desktop. I am so spoiled with that lap top. I miss it terribly. I have been online much all week.

Had a good weekend. E and I had fun. Am looking forward to getting back to the office - what a nerd I am !

Trick or Treat

E and I went with Linda and Zach to Penn Square this evening to trick or treat. We wanted them to be able to go, just in case it rains tomorrow - cause I am not taking them if it rains. E was in a grumpy mood, but everyone loved his hulk costume.

Am so tired with this time change... I am all confused. I am going to go to bed early.
